What a long weekend. The baby is teething and he was just restless and cranky and crying the whole weekend. I pulled an all nighter with him on Saturday. I may have slept about 3 hours or so between screaming fits. Teething is harder on him than it was on the other two. He runs a fever and has cold like symptoms until his teeth come in. We go through it with every tooth that comes in. I feel so awful for him. I spent majority of the night just snuggling with him in the La-Z-Boy.

So, needless to say nothing got accomplished this weekend. I did manage to make a wonderful chicken and dumpling soup yesterday that was a huge hit. I love soups in the winter time. :) I even made chorizo and eggs for breakfast with a home-made pico de gallo. I guess I did get creative in the kitchen if nothing else this weekend.

I am not a big fan of scary movies but I did watch Saw this weekend. Holy crap. It was great, but I ended up a little jumpy when the whole thing was over. I have nightmares, usually, after watching scary movies. Luckily, I guess, with the baby being sick, I didn't have enough time to sleep and have nightmares. I think I may actually be able to watch part 2. I'm dying to see where they take it next. I also want to know what happened to the doctor after he took the saw and removed his own foot? Did the photographer die? Did he escape? So.Many.Questions!!!!

I did have a bad dream last night that left me feeling...indifferent. My Dad died in my dream last night and I just couldn't bring my self to care or cry. I guess it's just a testement of how crappy our relationship has become. Oh well.

And...I got a child support check last weekend. I was happy to get it, but still...not all of what he owes me. It seems that he's resorting to paying once a month as opposed to weekly. I guess as long as I get it, doesn't matter if it's monthly or weekly.
