Last night was pretty awful and I'm not feeling well this morning.  One of the dogs was awake, barking, most of the night.  I tried to sleep through it, but I kept waking up to his

constant barking.  I don't see how everyone else in the house slept through it because it drove me nuts.  I didn't get too much sleep and once I woke up at 4:00, there was no more sleep for me.  

The dog is 20+ years old and is determined to live forever.  He's in pretty rough shape.  There are times when it seems as if he's having a hard time just holding his little head up.  Watching him try to walk is painful.  He staggers more than anything.  He can't see that well and runs into walls, cabinets, furniture or whatever else is in his path.  I gave him some infant Tylenol to see if that would help, I'm sure he's in a lot of pain. I used an old syringe that I used to give the babies medicine and he swallowed it right down.  I am not sure if it helped or not, but he licked his bubble gum flavored chops for about 5 minutes after I gave it to him.   I think he should probably be put down.  That's going to be hard on Ron and the kids.  Ron loves that little guy so much--he's been a part of the family for a long time.  It will be devastating for him when he dies - wether it is natural or assisted.  

I found a channel on my Launch Player that plays nothing but movie soundtracks and show tunes.  Yay!
